Sharing some sad news. Our wonderful volunteer, Godilean Powell, passed away last week. Godilean was a true advocate who loved people so well. She was a light to everyone who was fortunate to know her, and we were honored to recognize her as our Volunteer of the Year at the October Friends of CASA Luncheon. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, especially her children whom she cherished.
