Every child has a spark, but for a child in the foster care system, that spark can sometimes be dimmed by uncertainty and change. At CASA of Jefferson County, we believe that every child deserves the chance to shine.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) provide the consistent, dedicated support that allows children to move from simply surviving to truly thriving.

Here is how advocacy unlocks a child's future:

Stability in the Storm: Having one consistent adult who knows their story helps a child feel secure enough to focus on school and friendships.

Targeted Resources: CASAs identify specific needs—whether it’s a tutor for math, a dental appointment, or specialized counseling—ensuring no opportunity is missed.

A Clear Path Home: By advocating for the child's best interests, we help them reach a safe, permanent home faster, giving them a solid foundation to build their dreams upon.
